Here’s how to keep track of your Philippine National Identification (PhilID) card’s delivery status.
Filipino citizens and eligible residents who have completed all registration requirements for their PhilID cards can now check the status of their delivery on the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) website.
As a valid proof of identity, the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) issues the PhilID or national ID. It is the country’s central identification system for all Filipino citizens and resident aliens.
The physical ID includes a Philippine System Card Number (PCN), which can be used as official proof of identity for transactions even if the card itself is not present.
According to the Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA), PHLPost, PhilSys’ official delivery partner, will have delivered over a million national ID cards free of charge to Filipinos across the country by August 2021.
The simple steps to track the status of your National ID delivery are as follows:
Step 1: Follow this link to the PHLPost tracking website: PHLPost Tracking
Step 2: On the PhilSys transaction slip provided to registrants, enter the transaction number.
Step 3: Go to the PHLPost website and click “Track” to see if your ID has been delivered.
Your PhilID is still being processed if there isn’t a result.
The successful registration of Filipinos to PhilSys is marked by the issuance of the PhilSys Number (PSN) and delivery of physical PhilID cards to the registrants’ delivery addresses.
